Program Application

Hello!  Thank your for visiting our website.  Please read the information below and review your application for correct information before submitting it for consideration.

Currently, we are ONLY accepting applications for students who meet the following criteria, as well as the requirements listed below, under “SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS.”

-Any single mom living in Central Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert or Queen Creek (within Maricopa County), or is attending Phoenix College, South Mountain Community College, Chandler-Gilbert Community College,  Grand Canyon Univ. or the campus of ASU Downtown
Nursing Students, Please Note: you must already be on the waiting list OR in nursing school in order to apply.

For all other students, our program is full and we are not accepting new applications.

**PLEASE NOTE: ALL  applicants must also meet the following program requirements.

• Have US Citizenship and reside in Maricopa County, Arizona
• Registered in college and have a cumulative GPA  2.8 or better
• Carry minimum of nine (9) credit hours per semester
• Have at least one child under age 11 living with you
• Attend and participate in the Single Moms Network meetings each month
• Be a responsible and responsive program participant
• May not reside with a domestic partner
