Program Application

Thank you for your interest in the Helping Hands Scholarship.  Our scholarship requires that you live in the Phoenix-Metro area.
At this time, we are accepting applications only from:

1. Single mom college students who currently reside in: Central Phoenix, Chandler-Gilbert, Queen Creek or Mesa
OR
2. Single mom college students who attend school at one of the following: ASU (Tempe and Downtown),  Grand Canyon Univ,  Phoenix College, South Mountain Community College, or Chandler-Gilbert Community College

SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS:

• Have US Citizenship and reside in Maricopa County, Arizona
• Currently attend college and maintain a 2.5 GPA or better
• Carry minimum of nine (9) credit hours per semester
• Have at least one child under age 11 living with you
• Attend and participate in the Single Moms Network meetings each month
• Be a responsible and responsive program participant
• May not reside with a domestic partner
